MMO Experience:
Lineage2:
I beta tested for this game way back when. Unfortunately I can't say I did much more than that, with the exception of coming back to play for a few weeks on a private server.

World of Warcraft:
This is where the bulk of my MMO experience comes from. I had played since release, taking breaks of assorted lengths over the years. I leveled multiple class' over a few servers and both factions and in the end, ended up experiencing end game content as each of the main character archetypes (Tank, DPS and Healer). The class' that I raided end game content with (or competitively PvP'd with) were Rogue (Vanilla and TBC PvE), Warrior (only PvP, vanilla and TBC), Priest (TBC PvE - Healing), Death Knight (Wrath PvE - Tanking). I consider Rogue to be the class I am most apt at and remains my favorite class within the game.

Warhammer Online:
I Beta tested for Warhammer with a few friends (who subsequently are my current roommates). Upon release we ended up subscribing and played for a brief time. Slowly we stopped playing altogether due to a few issues (such as one of said friends constantly crashing to desktop) and the seeming lack of player base (The world simply felt empty).

Apart from the major titles listed above, I've played various free to play MMO's (most of the Korean flavor), although none really kept my interest for more than a few months.

FPS Experience:
I've played and thoroughly enjoyed quite a few shooters over the years, however I never have played one "competitively". To give a brief history of my online shooter experience however, I started with Return to Castle Wolfenstein, moved onto Counterstrike (1.5 - 1.6), Played quite a few of the Battle Field games (most recently Bad Company 2) Toyed around with GunZ for a while, RTCW: Enemy Territory, CoD4, CoD:WaW and then finally onto Global Agenda. I know the latter of the game mentioned is considered an MMO, however I couldn't bring myself to label it as such, against it's FPS core.

Other:
Monster Hunter series:
I feel as though this is relevant due to the somewhat similar combat style of these games and that of TERA. That said, I'm an avid MH fan, having played Freedom and Freedom: Unite (on the PSP). Furthermore I started a bit early on TRI a few months back, only modding my Wii a little bit ;D.

DoTA / Heroes Of Newerth:
Over the last three or so years, DoTA was a large part of my gaming experience. I thoroughly enjoy the competitive, team based game play and the strategy and difficulty level of the game. That said, moving onto Heroes Of Newerth was quite natural for me.

5. Why did you choose XoO?:
I chose Xen of Onslaught for various reasons. The most important of which being that this seems to be a gaming community that is firmly down to earth. It's hard these days to find a guild of any size that is stable and reliable and those are two qualities that I believe I see within this community. Apart from that, this is one of the few larger guilds that I've noticed show interest in TERA.

6. Why do you think you'll be a good fit?:
I'm told that I am a fairly affable person, more inclined to help or support as opposed to troll. That isn't to say that I don't like to have a little fun now and again, I'm just more disposed to one as opposed to the other.

7. What will you contribute to the guild:
Whatever I can really. I'm certainly not the best player around of any game, by any means. However, I do like to think that I am fairly knowledgeable about the games I do play and care about. That said, I'm certain that I can at least contribute a spreadsheet or two and a solid base of facts for whatever game I'm currently participating in. To give a more defined example of what I mean, think of the Elitist Jerks community (for World of Warcraft). That is the sort of knowledge and testing environment I enjoy and like to create.

10. A little bit about yourself:
Hello and how are you? I'm Spencer =]. I currently hail from Northern California, the bay area to be exact. I've lived in this area my entire life, although I have often made forays out and about, to stretch my wings a bit.
I graduated High School a year early, at the tender age of sixteen and went onto do Culinary class' at the local college. Almost three years later I am as you see here, currently working two part time jobs and living with a few friends who are roommates. I enjoy a large variety of games and really find pleasure in playing as apart of a team, working towards a goal larger than myself.

ACCEPTED. Post around and get to know everyone. The game will be a while till release so stay active on the forums. Whenever they release the next testing phase you are welcome to join us in vent and in game.
