Are you able to play most days between 4PM-Midinight?: Yes, my shift will become a night shift and I'll be on during the off hours more often but most certainly on during those timesHow are you going to influence others to come out and do guild missions?: I plan to do some active recruiting I like bringing new people in its fun.Where are you currently in your own progression/gear?: I'm 60 finally, just after getting my gear to tri, I haven't said anything but Im going to push for 61 as soon as my gear is all tri'd outHave you been an officer in XoO before? How did you contibute.: Nope I'm new to itWhat types of leadership roles have you held outside of online?: I've done a lot of tasking for the navy I understand a good deal of delegation and such, though I do have a tendency to get excited and do some dumb things here and there.How will you assist the recruitment officer in his duty?: I plan spend my loyalties on megaphones and what not, try and get those who have been recruited integrated and feel welcome. I end up in a lot of grind groups, i talk with a lot of randos and i generally enjoy bringing people into my circle. I've been accruing a rather large friends list of potential recruits and keep an eye on their level and progression as well as do daily checks.
