I was discussing the early days of the world wide web with my co-worker when we stumbled upon the memory of Hampsterdance.com . Some of you will remember with fond memories the site of which I speak. Alas, it has passed on, and in its place is a javascriped, QT plugin enabled monstrosity. The younger generation of web-denizens can look to youtube and 4chan for viral memes galore, but those who remember netscape and 14.4 modems will always have a place in their hearts for animated gifs, midis, and looped wavs.

Edit: an archived version has been found. Don't forget to play the sound!

    Oh, the memories.

I ought to shoot you for resurrecting them. There was nothing good about those old websites. :I
