well, i double checked it... 15 resil isn't pvp gear, so why are you applying as a boomkin with "Hit Rating: 128"? as much as i down played questions about UI's and damage meters, non-hitcapped dps saying "take me so you can see" when you have several tier pieces implying at least a vault run that can provide an opportunity to take one (its the "print screen" button). please explain why we should expect you to be more prepared IN a raid then right here? I see guild applications as a means of selling yourself. I understand why you want to join us (more raid hours mentioned, further progression is there too), but you're gear level is subpar for 25 man ulduar is what i googled in 5 seconds... i don't mean to come off as an ass, but we're looking for top folks to help us take out this tier. if you've made friends with belt, you're more than welcome to come over as a friend rank
Well I have managed to get my hit rating up to 265 10.10% didn't loose alot of spell power by replacing some gems with hit gems. found out the cap is three hundred fourty something, and I am currently working to get it capped.
well, someone asked him to app and he was brought in as a friend when i wasn't around like the day his app was posted. i moved it to accepted because he was already in guild then. this by far does not mean he's a probate. if that's his intent like the app said, then we can look at that, but i don't think he knew what we raided when he posted it. as is, he is a "friend of..." only. probates should only be invited via me or a raid leader like gorchild or ologhai. if im not inviting you because of work, ill probably talk to one of them about it or accept on forums THEN they invite you (unlike the way this app was processed by inviting him then me seeing him ingame and moving the topic figuring it was a "friend rank" afterall). after doublechecking on the guild roster, he's a "minion" or friend rank.
