What is your plans for endgame?: Well BnS is quite different then what is generally considered endgame. My plans are what people would want them to be. Since 4-mans are the most challenging group content, I would plan on is at least one 4-man group attempting to complete content at a reasonable pace (aka without PTW). Then attempting to help others keep up with the current consistent patch schedule.How will you ensure everyone gets what they need to be successful in PvE content?: Since this game is mostly an individual game, and mostly based on time investment, it is quite hard to ensure that everyone is successful in PvE. I would assume that most members in our guild are capable PvE player, if not i can work with those players individually.How will you form groups for PvE content, e.g., statics or random guild groups?: This was already demonstrated in the recent patch where I was leading the most of the initial push to acquire the recipe. Since this is not a raiding context, it is mostly random groups. Personally I do attempt to find the best players and pull those players for the "hardest" or "pressured" content.What would you be able to do for raid times?: I am in the Central time zone and attempt to get to sleep before midnight and work till 5pm. I am generally available at all time during this time frame.What are your past leadership roles?: I have been an Officer for a few months in Rift, and way back in Runescape. Recently I was leader and caller for my own group in FF14: Heavensward (that failed horribly). I am also in a semi Manager position in my current job.What would you like to add to your application to make you more competitive?: I think my game performance and dedication speaks for itself.
