Explain your talent selection (theorycrafting source, specialization choices etc): Right now I'm arcane for its uncomparable dps to the other spec trees with the buff to arc blast and am always reading the mage forums to see if theres any new and interesting tweaks to the arc spec to up dps. 3. Current professions and their raid benefit: Mining/Tailoring on mage, mining/JC on pally, working on herb/alch on dk. mages proffs were just for money when i first started playing wow 5. How long you've been playing WoW and what PvE progression you've accomplished: I started wow when BC first came out and once at 70 me a Rl friend and a friend he knew on wow started Conquest in which we progressed all the way through SSC/Tk before I left due to unfair loot council systems and joined Enraged and was 5/9 BT and 4/5 Hyjal when WotLK came out and then it was disbanded. Later joined HerroRobsterCraw all the way from Naxx days to Mid ToC we had up to GV 10m on farm and was in last phase of firefighter before unlocking Algalon and was working on the 25m hardmodes and got 4/5 10 and 25m ToGC. 6. Describe how you theorycraft your class (websites, spreadsheets, etc): Just iDPS 7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding (family, schedule, etc): Work part time at McDonals, attend college (although currently on summer break), might be getting a second job but not looking hopeful so only real schedule conflicts are when i work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Occasional Thursday late night absence possibility since thats the only day i can go out to the club with my girlfriend. 8. Guild History - where are you leaving and why: Ever since the disbandment of HerroRobsterCraw and taking a short break from WoW I haven't been in a serious guild the one I'm in currently is just one that me and my RL friend are messing around with but no raiding. 9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild: Trade Chat 10. List your raid consumables and your method for maximizing them: Flasks, haste pots and back up personal foods. Right now I cook my own food and buy the flasks/pots from AH but hope to make my own and other pots when my DK gets her herb/alch up 11. List scheduling conflicts (include times for possible weekend 10mans): Friday Sat and Sun i work at Mcdonalds and its never just a set time so can vary from 9-5pm or 2-10pm or closing at 2am. occasional thursday late nights for the gf 12. Provide your raid damage/healing performance. Examples are Recount Screenshot with personal breakdown of attacks, WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs: only use recount had an OS3D where I pulled 12.5k or another ex. is I usually average 10-11k on Saurfang 13. Provide a screenshot of your UI: I just use the standard WoW UI and have never gotten used to any other UIs 14. Can you take constructive criticism and being call out on mistakes (both in and out of raid)? Anytime 15. Final comments you feel could help your application: I am dedicated to progressing have no problem staying late to get those extra attempts on bosses that are just a few more tries from being downed and have no problem being pointed out for something I'm doing wrong and will gladly fix it right away so as not to waste time on possible attempts on another boss
Would you be willing to change your professions and what professions would you switch too? Would you be willing to do more research EX: tankspot, EJ, etc. Please provide screenshots.

Regarding your Spec/Gear you are WAYYYY over hit capped. You have 18% hit without any talents. You also have Shard of the Crystal Heart which has an extra 128 hit. 490 Hit is too much. Your lacking atleast 400+ Haste. Your Spell Power is also very low for Arcane. At this point of Wrath should be over 3k+. Your gear is very lacking comapred to what we are looking for to progress for the rest of ICC Hard Modes and Ruby Sanctum.
