Is it possible to be terrified and awe inspired at the same time?

Paul Tillich defined Holy as simultaneously awesome to behold and mortally frightening at the same time. This covers a lot of ground, including every nature scene I ever thought was truly amazing. But not that video, that's just... I don't know. What is that?

Ironically I've been thinking of some way to do that...set up my computer so I can alternately use a chair or an exercise bike/treadmill/something. I do currently often sit on a stability ball rather than a chair when I play and get some core work. If I don't do that I'm really fidgety when I'm playing and I get up and pace frequently (um, yay autoattack?)...and if I'm just on a bike or treadmill at the gym I get SUPER BORED just watching TV or whatever and I tend to disengage and quit early.

So basically I don't sit still very well, and I'm no good with repetitive action without something to engage my attention. (ADD much?) I'm totally good if I'm getting my exercise through playing a sport. Run 5 miles on a treadmill? No way. Run 5 miles over the course of a soccer game? NOOOOOOO problem! (That's part of why I play so many sports but don't normally maintain a gym membership :) I know what fitness program actually works for me.) If I could combine gaming with physical movement? That would rock.

What I recommend is that you use gaming time as rest time in between workouts and cardio, which is a huge reason I don't go on vent while gaming with you guys... as soon as I hit a loading screen you know I'll be off my ass and having music for spinning really helps.
