It is in the early stages, it was referred to committee on September 20th, 2010. The majority of bills never make it out of committee. It does not hurt to spread the word though.

 

Isn't Youtube already censored?

if this went through, Viacom would be able to essentially pull youtube via complaints. Bit of a difference :x

Also, despite their wishes, a decision wasn't produced in time for October recess. Hopefully it won't go anywhere after.

I'd be moving to Japan sooner than expected.

 

This would do more harm then good, since all the non-profit sites like XoO or Linux sites or educational sites that are free would get caught in the mix.
