    this should be of concern to everyone.
    I do not condone piracy or copyright infringment.

    The way this is being done seems orwellian.

    More info is needed before people have knee jerk reactions..Im just bring this to your attention.

    Ill be watching this with interest.

    This is just ridiculous. How can they go through and bypass not only due process, but the 4th amendment of the constitution?

    This is just getting out of hand.

    im all for them taking them down. They are hosting links to illegal downloads, seems fair to me.

    Perhaps they have a right to hold them for 48 hours without charging them? haha i watch too many crime scene shows.

    They should be allowed to close them due to being illegal but doing so by bypassing the laws is illegal in itself.

    Just as long as they don't close my site =P but when that happens another will pop up and we'll all move to there.

    Very true, kinda like cockroaches: Close 1 Torrent site and 3 others will pop up. (or more).
