Help upgrading video card

I currently have a EVGA 7800. I am thinking of getting a 9800 for WARs release and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or had seen any good deals.

I was looking on Newegg and I didn't know if the GTX or GTX+ was overkill or what companies had the better reputation.

What do you guys think?

 

First, what processor do you have?
Second, what size is your power supply?
what type of motherboard do you have?

 

Processor is AMD 64 Dual +4400 I think, runs at 3.2GHz

Power supply I dont know but can be changed.

Motherboard is an old ASUS by 2 or 3 years back.

I dont know for sure because I am away on my laptop

 

Radeon HD4850 is better deal. Performs better than 9800 and costs around $150. Keep an eye out here for deals - http://www.hardforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28.

 

Or you can wait till the Radeon HD 4870x2 to be released. Fastest Vid card eva.

 

It depends what games you play.

 

the new ATI cards are kicking serious ass and are very well priced
