The more I read about the founders of ArenaNet, the more I like these guys. Former Blizzard vets that worked on Lost Vikings, Rock and Roll Racing, Warcraft, Diablo and the founders of the original Battle.net. Now one of them is working on a passion-project of his, and it involves cannibalism. RAD! Well, this is probably old news to a lot of you, but just in case it hasn't been posted here yet: Since leaving ArenaNet, Jeff Strain has been working on a survival horror MMO for consoles only. Since he left on good terms with ArenaNet to work on his passion-project, it seems like they're all picking each other's brains...and eating them. It seems like a portion of his team are ArenaNet vets from Guild Wars, and even some that have worked on Guild Wars 2. I don't think a whole lot has been posted about this project yet, but their blog and their fan blog have some good info: Here are some links, I think this sounds awesome and pretty revolutionary!! I'm a bit late with this, but the game has a name (kinda, they're project names, not final ones) It will be 2 games: "Class3": Which is an Xbox live arcade Co-op game. This will be used as a live test for gameplay elements which will eventually become... "Class4": The ultimate zombie apocalypse survival MMO. "Class3" is currently in the production phase.
