    1. Character Name, Class, and Main Spec: Graxian, Survival hunter
If applying as Friend: Answer Q9 and have them speak with an officer to coordinate an invite.

    2. Armory Link: (explain talent choices here in needed): http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Sargeras&n=Graxian

I have been experimenting with other survival and just recently MM talent builds. I'm more than willing to raid as whatever spec is needed though I don't think I have the Armor pen needed for MM just yet.

    3. List raid helpful professions: Mining(450) and skinning(450). I just transfered my DK here who also has mining(450) so I will most likely pick up Engineering or Jewel crafting on my hunter.

    4. Time playing WoW and PvE progression: I played as a rogue after the initial release for about 6 months at which point I quit after joining the military. I picked it back up about two years ago and have sine raided as a warlock, holy/ret paladin, DK tank, and all 3 specs as a hunter. I've raided everything in TBC except for Sunwell Plateau and made it up to mother in Black Temple (pre nerf) and eventually completed it after the nerf. I've raided everything WotLK has to offer except TotGC, Algalon, and other Ulduar hard modes.

    5. PvP influences and impact on raiding: I don't PvP at all really.

    6. Age (18 is required with limited exceptions): 24

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding(family, classes, dorm, night shifts etc): Retired Military and will be going to college in spring. I don't see the class schedule interfering with the raid schedule at all. The only conflicts i can think of at the moment are holidays, including Thanksgiving. If accepted I don't know if I'll be able to raid this Wednesday(Nov 25th).

    8. Guild you are leaving and why: (If you join another guild without following up here, application will be closed): < I Have A Real Life> I've been playing/raiding(10 man content) with these guys for the past two years and over 50% of them are real life friends. I've been their Co-GM and raid leader for that duration and Im just ready to move into something bigger. I haven't been part of a premier raiding guild since the days of EQ and I'd like to experience that again.

    9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild: I did some research on the best Horde guilds on the server and XoO is the one i am most interested in. I know one of your trial members: Indica, troll mage. He came from the same guild as I did and we are pretty much in the same boat.

    10. List consumables you bring to raid: AP flasks, health/mana/haste pots, AP/Agi food, spiced mammoth treats, bandages, bullets/arrows and sometimes extra gems/ enchantments if I have them available.

    11. Additional Scheduling conflicts (consider possible weekend groups for 10mans): None that I can think of at the moment.

    12. Provide measure of your damage/healing such as Recount (Screenshot to include player breakdown of attack %'s), WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs listing: Heres a link to some SS's of my DPS in all three specs. Feel free to add another 200-215 dps as I can't track mechanical targets =D I'm usually around 6k sometimes 7k dps depending on the encounter in 25man content.

    13. Provide a UI screenshot from raid combat: I've already raided everything this week so I can post some more SS's later if need be. Hopefully the ones above are all you're looking for.

    14. Final comments you feel could help your application: I realize i have a mediocre gem in my belt and enchantment on my cloak. I can change these ASAP if needed, however i have a trophy sitting in my bags and i am waiting on some more badges to get my next piece of 9.5 in order to switch around some gems. As for the cloak, i was waiting for a decent upgrade. I am willing to raid as whatever spec is needed. Hope to hear some feedback soon!

A very thought out app... I am concerned with the easily correctable pieces with rare quality gems etc.

Casual raiding spots can be available until you've updated your stuff... we're mostly looking for people to be togc ready before applying for progression raid spots

Thanks for the feedback. I've fixed the belt, gem and the cloak enchantment.

I've notice that you have gathering professions, which are not really "raid worthy" professions. While I understand people use them to farm, progression raiders will look to alts for farming and stick to better professions. BOTH professions should be dropped for things like; Jewelcrafting, Engineering, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, etc. Find out what the highest DPS increase professions are for you and pick them up.

I dropped skinning and mining for JC and engineering. I'll get them to 450 ASAP.

Also, as for the casual raiding spot, is it a spot i can have until I raise my trades skills to 450 and get a few upgrades? At which point I'll be more competitive for a progression spot? I'm not positive what you meant by that.

    Thanks again

That's a very nice improvement on your professions from when I saw them yesterday. Keep up the good work!

As a survival hunter, an essential trinket until you can get some of the more rare drops is the greatness card. If you have the cash Cloak of the Untamed Predator is also an easy pickup.

yes, after spending gold on 2 expensive professions, please pay the ~16k for these 2 boe's (they should be a focus to some degree though)

He seemed like a smart person wouldn't surprise me to have farmed all the materials for the professions before switching.

Yeah, I checked the AH for the cloak and saw it for 10k yesterday. I'll need to work on getting the gold for that however I think I've seen it for much lower in the past. The greatness deck is doable, I just need to find one thats AGI instead of STR.

As for the professions, I have most of the mats, I'm just waiting for the AH to restock on a few gems.

Also, if anyone plans on running any ulduar hard modes and is need of a dps, count me in. I'd like to get my hands on the Armor pen trinket to experiment with MM a bit more.

Like you stated, a casual spot could be available to you until you up your professions. A casual spot would mean that other raiders would get priority. Given that a number of people no longer need much from 25 man ToC, spots in those raids will probably be available to you.

I would like a hunter to C/D your spec/gemming/gear choices, besides the currently stated DMC:G and CotUP.

IMO, you are on par personality wise. Someone willing to drop 2 professions and pick up another 2 in a matter of days is the dedication we need in raiders.

Gear is a little behind, but a week or two of 25 man ToCs could get you caught up quickly.

Since I don't run a hunter I will leave this decision up to those who use hunters, but my opinion is here.

Gear could always be better but I think it might be from lack of drops. There are some craftable upgrades. As always darkmoon card is a priority if you want to be a survival hunter. Spec, gemming, glyphs are fine.

I'd love to get a spot in that ToC25. What day and time does it usually run? Otherwise I think I might get a spot in one of Narberts GDKP's for a better shot at an upgrade.

I purchased a Nobles deck. Just need to wait for DMF.

his gears around where what one would expect in his situation of not being in togc25 already. i would say he misgemmed gloves, boots, & gun (10 agi 10 crit with 4 agi bonus is better than 20 agi no bonus in every place ive checked)

other than that, crafted belt could probably boost some... spec is appropriate
i choose a slightly different one, but ologhai uses yours

i find mine is 1 dps higher than yours and our gear's about the same minus trinkets using RAWR, but thats within rotational margins based on how accurate the game is on latency etc etc. probably depends on trinkets and shit?

I have raided with Grax for some time. His dps has always been competitive and the situational awareness required for end game raids has "ALWAYS" been there. I know he is willing to make any changes necessary to maximize his dps and believe he would be a great addition to the ranks of Xen of Onslaught.

I'll change the gems asap. For some reason I thought it wasn't worthwhile to take the bonus unless it was +6agi or higher but I checked again and you were right. As for the gun, I logged out with it on last night and I don't actually use it anymore. I'm using the toc25 crossbow at the moment.

I also got another trophy last night so its only a matter of getting badges before I replace my gloves and shoulders with the 9.5 version. I should have one this week and the other the following week.

Thanks for the kind words Indica =D

just remember: 4 set bonus is crap. only grab tier items if you have pre-toc gear.
