So.... Currently running Two of the ATI 4870s 1gb ram. Was planning on upgrading to 6950 and then memory flash it to 6970. Thoughts?

CPU cooler im looking at is Antec Kuhler 920. Vs my old Vigor Monsoon III which has one of the fans not working anymoar.

7000 series is due out in less than 3 months last I heard. Might as well wait since no games will be out that require anything more than what you currently have

I was leaning towards the 6950.. I probably might invest into the 7000 series only if it isn't expensive =(

Probably for BF3, Diablo 3, SKyrim and the likes

    Very creative on Antec's part.

    /sarcasm

Well, the other benefit of waiting is that the 69xx series cards will drop in price. But I hate waiting so I say go for it.

Does that mean nVidia will follow AMD's tail as usual and release Kepler a few months after the 7k series? :bashful:
