I've done most WOTLK raids besides led 25 but I have done the 10man version. Also I have been in 25 man togc on the Alli but i did not down anything. And I made it to Faction Champs in 10man togc. 5. I made this guild along with some friends and There are only 3 of us who are good. And I feel like I'm being held back. 9. How did you hear about us? could you explain some of your stats choices on gems and enchants concerning haste and spirit toward socket bonuses? this isn't saying you did something wrong, just trying to get an idea of your knowledge behind theorycrafting your stats, and i have to look up a thing or two to see for myself. also, what time frames were you in those guilds listed and why did you leave each and eventually faction change (and choose blood elf)?
Decent app, but you are missing your top head and shoulders enchant, which means you have dandruff, which we don't like. You would have to be actively working on your rep to get these enchants. Are you willing to do this?
Yes I know about my head enchant. Im working on the rep now and I use a haste gem for my pants socket bonus 1 because it haste boost my casting speed letting my Toon cast faster and thus allowing me to do more damage. And I think my pants where the only item that had a red yellow combo and since I recently stopped using my staff and started using my sword and off hand I gained 100+ SP and lost 100 + Haste so I just tried to even it out. Oh and the whole blood elf thing. (I just started playing this game recently and the only reason this game became appealing to me was because the Blood Elf race looks so cool. Even thought their abilities sucks for a caster). And I was in DV from Sept - middle of Oct then I left them for Avenged because my two best friends were in that guild then the decided to faction change in nov and I came with them.
You never responded about shoulder enchants, and why would you not wish to use Lightweave Embroidery on your cloak? Also, why a haste gem and not a SP/Haste gem?
also why do you have tailoring yet choose to use +23 haste on your cloak instead of lightweave embroidery, yes haste is a good stat for warlocks but like all casters sp > all, how come in your shoulders you have a 12sp + 10spir instead of 12sp + 10 haste instead of gemming to get the socket bonus. In all the Warlocks I've looked up from top raiding guilds such as Ensidia and Premonition, the Destro Locks all choose to gem for 12sp+10spirit in almost all the blue slots if the socket bonus is worth it.
I was lvling enchanting and i put the haste on my cloak I enchant my stuff over and over to lvl it lol I guess you can say im kinda lazy and I was waiting for my CD on moonshroud to replace it but I forgot about it until you mentioned it. And the gem in my shoulder is just there because I need to have 2 blue gems for the meta gem and I was told in dv to use the 12sp 10 spirit one Because fel armor boost my SP by 39% of my spirit. I can replace the enchant and the gems it not a problem. (I really was not for lack of a better choice of words pre paired gear wise for this app I kind of jumped at the chance to apply when I was your spam)
Oh and about my shoulder Chant I'm working on that too when i faction changed it started me over on gaining their rep and I had a ticket complaining about how i have to start over and how i became hated they basically told me to deal and start over.
Please understand we are not trying to belittle you, but we expect raiders to take 5-10 mins a day to maximize their class to the best of their ability. All applying raiders are also expected to uphold these standards. For now, the rep is understandable. I would like to see you research, re-gem and re-enchant and then post in here so we can review again. Also, any further top end dps/damage meters you post can only help further your application.

That definitely shows dedication, I can see why you have the +20 haste do to a low haste rating which can definitely change with a few gear pieces. The 4 piece bonus would be a nice upgrade to replace those shoulders.
