Googles New Web Browser

  2. The browser is awesome, prefer it over firefox. The problem though is that it sends all your web browsing history to google, which bothers me.

  4. its not allowed at work because the of a browser option that allows google to datamine what you're looking at.

    i love it....the datamine...who cares. Plus when you install it asks if you want this feature on or not.

    For serious. Google apps never leave beta. Look at gmail.

    IMO Google isn't going to use Chrome as much as a web browser. They are going to build on webkit to provide access to their webapps as though they are real applications installed on your computer. It will help them out a lot seeing as Microsoft is not going to push towards standards compliance with Internet Explorer, and many people are still running IE6.

    I'll stick with Firefox as my Windows web browser (Adblock anyone?).
