...the first African team to ever win a world cup! not sure how many football(soccer) fans there are in xoo but today was the final for the under-20 FIFA world cup hosted by Egypt. Ghana came away with the win after full time, extra time, and eventually, kicks from the penalty mark! It was really a brilliant finish after a long fought match. To top it off, Ghana had played down a man for the majority of the match. Incredible. I hope some of you guys were able to catch the action live but if not I'm sure vids will start popping up online tonight.
