I didn't give it much thought when George RR Martin mentioned it on his blog, but I just peeked at it on Steam and it looks like it's worth checking out.

If you like GoT, this might be a nice way to pass a little time... especially if you're waiting on SWTor :)

Yeah so I saw... but it's a cheap game, so I am probably gonna check it out and waste some time on it.

I will wait until its $10 or less to buy it :D it didnt look too interesting and I want to watch season 2 before playing any games related to the series. I still dont know how the "king of the north" character got a dragon like the blond chick that married the tribal guy.

I've read all the books... and not sure what you're referring to about "the king of the north getting a dragon". Am I misinterpreting something?

FYI - I haven't made it through the game much. For starters you have to change the config file to disable the intro video's because they are borked LOL... and the mouse is really lose and not very responsive. But I like the premise of the game. The potential for all the underhanded treason and betrayal is excellent.

Damn shame they didn't do a proper job of it.

And to think Bethesda refused to work on an open-world RPG based on "A song of fire and ice" due to having too many other titles to finish. Real shame, now we get this and the upcoming MMO from the same company. And heck I don't even hate that company, they are obviously a small company that got caught in the popularity of the HBO show.

Still a Fallout/Oblivion game in that setting would have been awesome. :(
