    1. Character Info: Name, Class, Main Spec (Link armory):

Gakh, Warlock, Demonology, Destruction, or Affliction, whatever people want.
    http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Sargeras&cn=Gakh

    2. Explaine your talent selection (theorycrafting source, specialization choices etc):

Basically, I play the game how I want to play it. I looked at the talents and thought about what I'd want from an endgame PvE standpoint, and allocate them appropriately. I sometimes refer to Elitist Jerks to see what everyone else thinks is cool, but as long as I see results and am having fun, not much else really matters.

    3. Your Age: 19

    4. Current professions and their raid benefit:

440 Tailoring, Lightweave; 450 Enchanting, Spellpower to ring.

    5. How long you've been playing WoW and what PvE progression you've accomplished:

Played since Pre-BC, only raided MC once, AQ 20/ZG a couple times. BC experienced up to the first half of TK/SSC/Hyjal, including Zul' Aman, took a few months off when guild got heavy into BT. I have 7/12 H ICC 10 man experience, Rotface/BP/BQ as the extra 3, and 8/12 25 man experience. ToGC 25 is 0/5, ToGC 10 is 5/5, 45+ attempts.

    6. Describe how you theorycraft your class:

Sp = good Haste = good crit = good. I tend to try to marginalize spirit, as it is just a stat where haste/crit could be instead.

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding (family, schedule, etc):

Living in a Dorm. That's about it. Nothing that should impact long-term.

    8. Guild History - where are you leaving and why:

Leaving exile, lost several core raiders, thought I'd try my luck.

    9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild:

Thought I'd jump on the bandwagon with the rest of those from my guild, see how anything else is. I know Fluffytoy in guild, as well as Paladimus and Kie.

    10. List your raid consumables and your method for maximizing them:

Flask of Frostwyrm: use them on pull of first boss to try to keep it rolling as long as I can, and always have enough for raid time.
Provide my own food if necessary, SP food typically.

    11. List scheduling conflicts (include times for possible weekend 10mans):

Tues-Thursday should be good, just very rare exams/other activities that will interfere.

    12. Provide your raid damage/healing performance. Examples are Recount Screenshot with personal breakdown of attacks, WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs:

    Recent ICC 25, Saurfang. [EDIT]

    13. Provide a screenshot of your UI:

Refer to above. Essentially basic blizzard UI with a few additions. It's functional enough, and I do not feel I need to contort my interface into small boxes to operate effectively. Performance is all that matters in the end.

    14. Can you take constructive criticism and being call out on mistakes (both in and out of raid)?

    Yes

    15. Final comments you feel could help your application:

Looks good. You should get further comments about your choice of gear, gems, etc but I would like to trial you starting this upcoming Tuesday.

Sounds good, but it's really a very inopportune time, as I have an exam this Tuesday that starts at 8 server, so I would be unable to attend for any significant period of time. I am sorry that this is the case, but it is just bad timing. :( However, I should be good for either Wednesday or Thursday if anything occurs.

save your ID and we'll see what happens. Know your hard modes in the first wing and be ready for LK in 25 man. Look for an officer ingame for a ginvite.
Also go to UserCP on the top left corner of the Xen Screen then go to Group Membership and request Sargeras Members access.
