    1. Character Name, Class, and Main Spec: Flowjo, Hunter, Marksman

    2. Armory Link: (explain talent choices here in needed): http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Sargeras&n=Flowjo
    Standard Marksman spec.

    3. List raid helpful professions: Alchemy/Herbalism- However my professions are JC/Enchanting for raid dps.

    4. Time playing WoW and PvE progression: I've been playing since 2005 on several different characters. I have cleared the four bosses in 10 man ICC. I have cleared togc 10 to anub and full clear of 25 man TOC. Most of my experience comes from pugs. I just have not been able to find a solid group.

    5. PvP influences and impact on raiding: I pvp in my off time, but it does not have any influence on my raiding.

    6. Age (18 is required with limited exceptions): I'm 22

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding(family, classes, dorm, night shifts etc): I'm a jobless college student. I live with mom who spoils me. None of this has any influence on my raiding.

    8. Guild you are leaving and why: (If you join another guild without following up here, application will be closed):Reverence Re-make "Auspicious Armageddon"- They are not serious raid guilds. I want to get with a guild who actually progresses through 25 man content.

    9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild: You guys have a reputation of being a great raid guild. Mastabull the Tauren Warrior in your guild also tells me many great things about you guys.

    10. List consumables you bring to raid: Flasks and food buffs. Plenty of ammo.

    11. Additional Scheduling conflicts (consider possible weekend groups for 10mans): I have no job. My life is wow.

    12. Provide measure of your damage/healing such as Recount (Screenshot to include player breakdown of attack %'s), WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs listing: This Recount is of me doing 6k dps on Devourer in Forge of Souls. http://i897.photobucket.com/albums/ac175/theonebrass/me/WoWScrnShot_121309_210022.jpg

    13. Provide a UI screenshot from raid combat: http://i897.photobucket.com/albums/ac175/theonebrass/me/WoWScrnShot_121309_205432.jpg

    14. Final comments you feel could help your application: I am a very active player and would be an asset to the guild. I can make every raid and never leave early. I am all for helping the guild progress through content.

i've run many runs with you in the past and you have always had good performance. the question is more about the number of current raiders and class demands.
for example, we have 4 hunters currently, but have high demand for a warlock, so more than likely, a hunter would be likely to be benched for a qualified demo lock's spell power buff. however, we do have a hunter who is currently resolving how much raid commitment he can attain, so hopefully we can have an answer on that in the next day or so and have an answer here.

I have just one question, why the point in focused aim when you're already hit capped?

Yeah I've been thinking about dropping that point into a different talent. However, I was going to replace my relentless hit cloak with the crit one until i can find a better replacement. So then I'd actually need that point in focused aim. I also received some items in ICC 10 last week with hit rating so if getting the crit cloak dropped me far below the hit cap, I'd have a way to make it up.

if you need to make up the hit on the cloak i would recommend replacing the badge ring you have with the ashen verdict ring from their rep

Yes that is a nice option. I am 15 rep away from becoming friendly so I will have that ring at my disposal as well. Thanx for the suggestion =). I ran into this post recently, would you say these numbers still apply?
    From http://elitistjerks.com/f74/t36777-hunter_simple_questions_simple_answers/p2/

According to this EJ post, the conversion rate at level 80 is 32.78998947 hit rating to 1% to hit.
Level 83 boss mobs require 9% hit for us to not miss.

    0/3 Focused Aim: 296 (295.1099)
    1/3 Focused Aim: 263 (262.3199)
    2/3 Focused Aim: 229 (228.5299)
    3/3 Focused Aim: 197 (196.7399)

Identical to all other auto attack type classes - including all non dual wield melee (with the exception of a titans grip warrior).
