Everything you do in Open Beta carries over to the main game... that is unless they run into a critical issue and have to reset the servers.

Crysallis directed me to your forums, I probably know the majority of your FFXIV member base as I experienced the vast majority of my endgame with them all. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to new and old alike. Still in the thinking process on transferring servers at the moment, but I'm keeping my options open... been on my current server for along time, but new change is always peaking my interests.

Where do I even register the key? I cannot for the life of me find any registration or beta key input method. EDIT: Nevermind. I found it eventually and the code isn't' for my region so I can't use it.
to register: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/preparebeta/index_na.html Keep in mind most of these keys, Owainn's included, are EU codes. You MUST make an EU account to use it. Try and link it to your NA account and it will just tell you you are the wrong region. http://eu.square-enix.com/en/home oh and though the first like (for code registration) says NA in the url, it will work for either account type.
Holy shit, Square Enix has THE WORST register/login/account management pages I've ever encountered. Fuck.
