    Guild Wars 2 Application
    How old are you?
    20
    In-Game Name?
    Jiraiza
Do you have Teamspeak 3 and a mic?
    Yes
    What is your prefered playstyle?
    Both
What kinds of activities are you interested in?
In regards to in-game activities, I'm particularly interested in getting some competitive PvP to light-hearted PvE runs from time to time. I have yet to play WvW (purposely avoided the beta) so I'm looking forward to that. Making friends counts as an activity too right?
    Previous Gaming Experience:
    - World of Warcraft: I've played WoW back in Vanilla up to the beginning of the WoTLK and dropped it a little after how boring it got. For the PvE side of things, I raided up to the Twin Emperors in Vanilla which was pretty fun. On the other hand, I primarily PvP'ed on my Rogue which seemed to click more with my play style (jerk reactions and the like). I was in a BG group back in Vanilla and was the designated "ninja" if that counts for anything (I was absurdly successful, mind you.)
    - Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition: I actually got into this game a couple years ago; a little after I got accepted into UCLA. Funny enough, my affinity for fighting games was out there but after playing with really knowledgeable people and the like, I've actually gotten pretty decent myself. I attended a few tournaments and I'd say the highlight of my career was beating a pro (although, he hasn't played for awhile, but hey that counts, right?) and getting on stream. I play this game competitively although as of recent, I've kind of stopped.
    - Counter-Strike 1.6-Source: Although I thought of playing this game competitively back then, I wasn't particularly too motivated back then. I did play a few scrims and that turned out to be pretty fun (if not, for being called a hacker, heh).
    - Dark Souls, Diablo 3, LoL, etc: I suppose there are a ton of other games but mostly ones where you can compete competitively are a real turn-on. I wonder why.
    Why did you choose XoO:
I have to admit I've never heard of XoO before I was introduced by my friend, Unity. But doing some research, I can see that you guys achieved some accomplishments here and there which is pretty amazing. However, the main real is to play with my friends (Unity and Andor) whom I'm real life friends with (kinda with the latter since we met each once in real life) but in any case, I played WoW extensively with Andor and LoL with both so they have an idea of what kind of player I am.
Why do you think you'll be a good fit?
If there's one thing I'm confident at, it's my above average perception. Although I'm not too much of a talkative person via voice chat, I'd say that I tend to notice things that people take for granted, ignore in passing, or just don't see at all. Whether this "above-average" perception can be utilized in group play is really up to me but I suppose this is what I can do as a... I suppose, "hawk" of the guild.
What will you contribute to the guild?
As said in the good fit question, I think I can contribute with my above-average perception and my reactive abilities in game. I have yet to get into the PvP intricacies of GW2 but you'd be damn sure I'll be looking up the latest "advanced" techniques and researching into frame data or something along the lines!
    Localization:
    NA
    Do you have a referral?
    Andor Boulderfist, Unity
    A little bit about yourself?
I've been told that I'm actually energetic, a little wild even. Things like you're like an anime character and I suppose when I think about it, I'm an awfully, "fluid" person if that makes any sense. I love group play and I tend to base my decisions on playing a game whether if it has good group play.

I have a profound interest in Japanese and study it on the side after a few formal classes and love messing around with technology. I've gotten angry several times but these days, I've been pretty optimistic and calm since I take things in stride. I hate studying by the way, as expected of a college student, hmm?
    Activity level?
10-20 (40+ on extreme, lethargic weeks)
Do you have a high speed internet connection and a good computer?
    Yes
Have you applied to the GW2 usergroup?
    Yes

    Great Application.

If none of the officers have talked to you on the server yet, then someone will soon.

Sadly, apps don't win any tournament matches, but yeah. It is articulate, well thought out and a very quality app. I dare say it is better than my own was when I joined XoO.
