Are you able to play most days between 4PM-Midinight?:
    Yes, all day every day.
How will you sell Xen of Onslaught if you are asked questions? :)
*<XenOfOnslaught> is a hardcore PvP focused guild with ALL active members. We are looking for like-minded players for node wars, bosses, scrolls, and missions. Teamspeak and lvl 50+ required. Be a part of the XoO community today.*

Q: How many lvl 50's do you have?
A: Just about all of the members that you see listed on the guild ranking have at least one lvl 50 or higher. We are currently actively working on helping everyone get the gear and training they need to be the best they can in PvP.

Q: What do I have to do to get in the guild?
A: Play the game, be working on your gear, and be lvl 50+. Right now we're looking to get as many like-minded quality players into the guild as possible. We want people that WANT to PvP and WANT to win. We will not stop at second best. We have a 1 week trial period where you can hang out and see if we are right for each other. We require teamspeak and we require activity, along with participating in at least 5 guild missions a week. This is not a place for the faint of heart.

Q: What do I have to do to stay in the guild?
A: Don't be a dick, stay active, get your levels, get your gear, kill the crap out of people. Anyone that is going to be AFK for any amount of time, or fail to reach their mission quota must post in the AFK thread on the forums. Don't be afraid of criticism but don't be afraid to bring issues to an officer either.

Q: What do I gain from being in the guild?
A: Our guild point perks are oriented towards bettering our members in combat. Guild pay is related to your contribution to the guild and goes up accordingly. The best we have to offer our members, is our members. There are always people on to play with and things are never boring.
Have you been an officer in XoO before? What Game? What was your role? How did you contibute.:
No, I have not been an officer in XoO before. I have lots of leadership experience from past games, however most of those games are (for the most part) dead or I lost interest after the community broke apart.

*In Everquest 2 - I was an officer in a hardcore raiding guild called Genesis. My main responsibilities included coordinating groups for raids, managing any drama that arose, and recruiting new members.

*Guild Wars 2 - I was the guild leader of a smaller guild called Ascension. My focus was similar with gathering players and keeping people interested in the game. Leadership ended after about a year or so with an eventual lack of interest in the lack of new content, leadership was passed to a remaining officer.

*Final Fantasy 14 - I was an officer there responsible for teaching boss fight dances and organizing Coil groups. I passed down my officer status due to moving and a prolonged absence of internet.

*Aion - I was an officer in one of the larger PvP guilds on the server named Ragnarok. We were ranked #2 at the time. I was quite proud of this one really. Responsibilities were much the same, organizing PvP teams and coming up with large scale strategies for Void battles. I did recruiting and drama management as needed. (pretty much were always full membership) The guild ended when the guild leader got bored of the game but refused to pass off leadership.

*Archeage - I was an officer in a guild called WarriorPoets. Our guild did mass pack production for guildies and I was in charge of coordinating all of the crop growth for creating trade packs. I also had a large roll in talking with other guilds about alliances and relations. As always, handled/prevented drama as it arose inside and outside of the guild. I stepped down from officer shortly after the guild leader stepped down.

*Life Is Feudal - Probably my most proud accomplishment in gaming thus far. I ran the number one server for quite a good time. We had a healthy maximum population that we had to white list for a couple of months and everyone was having fun. Server stability issues with our host shook our player base and we ended up having to open the server back up to the public. A continued DDOS devastated our player base for a few weeks and we were forced to shut the server down eventually after lack of interest.

*Black Desert Online - Briefly ran a small guild called HeroesOfHeidel based around a core group of six players. We had a very difficult time getting our player base past 20 members and eventually decided to find a guild more geared towards node wars.
Guild leveling and Guild missions play a huge role in this game how will you influance and drive to get this missions done?:
My personal preference of influencing others is to lead by example. Words can be empty, but action always speaks. I participate in as many missions as I can. I can help with these by my unusually free schedule, hopping channels to look for correct sizes based on participation, and asking others to help.
Do you have the Bullhorn and/or are you willing to get it to spam all channels besides the one you are in?:
Yes, I would be willing to buy a Megaphone if need be.
What types of leadership roles have you held outside of online?:
To be honest, not much. I've had long term health issues for a very long time now, which have prevented me from being a part of the work force for anything longer than a few months at a time. Tl;dr My organs are basically fused together and causes immense pain when I am active.
Where are you currently in your own progression/gear?:
I would say I am happy with my progression but not finished. In these types of games, there is typically always room for improvement and adjustment. This one in particular, I want to expand on my accessories and finish my weapon. I'm looking at a 301 gear score at the moment.
