4. Previous gaming experience (Armory/Character Links Required): Well I dont really know how to get "armory/Character links" from my previous games, but I used to play Guild Wars a lot, and Aion during the beta and for about 3 weeks when it launched, as well as just getting in to Alien Swarm on Steam. If you can tell me how to provide links for any of that stuff I will go and get them for you. Aion account is long gone though.

6. Why did you choose XoO?:I chose to apply for Xen of Onslaught because it seems like you all want to be highly dedicated to the game and strive to be the best guild in the whole game. I apply myself to be the very best in whatever I do in life so your policy about the game fits very well with my outlook on life. The steep requirements show that you put action behind your words and will weed out any players who are not dedicated enough to becoming great.

7. Why do you think you'll be a good fit?: Well most of that I covered on the previous question, but I think I will be a good fit because how I go about life (and video games) is similar to what this guild wants to do with The Old Republic. I am very dedicated to any video games I play and wish to become the best player in that game.

8. What will you contribute to the guild?: lots of playtime, a dedication to success, helping newer members succeed and become great as well (the more great players we have, the better the guild will do ), and helping to destroy any other guilds in the game.

11. A little bit about yourself: Well im 22, will be 23 in two weeks. I was home schooled from 6th grade to high school cause of moving and stuff, and during that time I would play video games for 8-14 hours a day. I got pretty good at a lot of games during that time in my life. Now I work as a machine operator for a packaging company and play games for 5-6 hours a day on average, with more on weekends usually. I live in Ontario, CA right now and will be moving down to Orange County in Southern California in two weeks time. I own everything I have except for the house I will be staying in. I LOVE computers, especially building them. and I love playing video games on computers, although I do have an XBox 360 as well. My favorite game genres are RPG, FPS, and RTS (in that order). Games that combine those are lots of fun for me. I really love playing Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. I liked BioShock a lot, and Fable 2, I thought Fallout 3 was ok. Mainly cause the aiming mechanics on that game were so horrible, I just couldn't get past that.

13. If you have any intent on joining another XoO division while waiting for TOR post so here: No probably not. Until the release of TOR, I am playing EVE Online. Which is an amazing game BTW. Have any of the other people here tried it out?

14. Do you have high speed internet and a good gaming computer? I am currently on 3mb DSL, the fastest I can get where I live. I am moving in 2 weeks time and will be getting 18mb AT&T UVerse. and yes I have a great gaming computer. I just changed out my 24" CRT I was using because of the 150Hz refresh time to a 27" LCD because of space restraints where I am moving. I have a custom built, dual quad-core computer with 16GB of RAM that has error correcting code chips in the dimms. I recently fried my ATI 4890 that was running overclocked @ 1GHz 24/7 for the past year and a half and upgraded to an Nvidia GTX470, which is running only a moderate overclock with no voltage increases this time. I have 6.5TB of hard drive space, a decent sound card, and a Sennheiser PC350 headset.

I really dont remember anything from my Aion account as I didnt play it for hardly any time after the game was out. But a quick look at the server list and the name "Yustiel" stands out to me as familiar. I think I was on that server.

As for the name of my character, I dont know that either. Something that had "EniGmA" in it. "The EniGmA", "TheEniGmA", "EniGmA", "EniGmA1987", etc etc. This was all like 2 years ago since I have even thought about it so I really dont remember from that far back.

EDIT: I just was finally able to get my NCSoft account logged in finally It doesnt show anything about character information though :/

I still know my login for Guild Wars from a long time ago if any of you want to see stuff from that. This made me want to log back in to Guild Wars and see how my stuff is, and sure enough my characters are all there with my storage still filled up with lots of weapons. and to my surprise, lots of new storage panels to purchase and a couple birthday gifts on all my characters. Ya, its been that long since I was in GW :O If any of you play GW and want to meet up in GW to show me the modern skill combos and such then send me a PM.

 

What do you mean by Track record and noticeable accomplishments? Do you mean Titles? I have Companion of the Luxons and Charmed titles. I also have Sunspear General on one of my characters that started in Nightfall.

I have Companion of the Luxons, not Champion. Thanks for catching that, I will look more closely next time. It is rank three, 400,000 points transfered.

I didnt mean the screenshot of presents to show how old my characters are. I just thought it was crazy at how long I have been away from the game for. And as I said, that is just a random character I use only for storage of items cause my storage bank was too small back then.

I wasn't in a PvP guild that did GvG tournaments. I was in a PvE and AB guild. I really enjoyed the Arena Battles with 12 vs 12 players. So I don't have a track record and we were not ranked. It was just trying to keep the AB territory lines as far into the other sides territory as possible. I was pretty good with my assassin in ABs. I could beat any opponent I ever fought in an AB fight except for 55 monks and MMs (who had built up a full compliment of minions). As with nearly all sin toons, I was a spike not a DPS. My skill bar was:

Ill install LoL now and look into it, but I started playing Alien Swarm a few days ago and am liking that a lot right now. I know there are some people here who are doing Alien Swarm, but if its only a few and the majority are into LoL right now then I can switch over to that.
