Previous gaming experience: I've played Perfect World, but consider Aion my first "real" MMO. I've been with it since open beta. 7. Why did you choose XoO?: After doing a lot of looking around, your recruiting posts are always active and I see a number of members in-game fairly often. I also liked the way the legion's members handle themselves in the aion online forums; I didn't see any of the trolling or poor behavior that's so rampant on the boards from its memebers when I was looking around. 8. Why do you think you'll be a good fit?: I like to have fun, but I like to do my best as well. I'm always happy to help out and answer questions. 9. What will you contribute to the guild: Toon-wise, I have my 33 sorc, a 30 glad, a 30 sin, 21 cleric, 20 spiritmaster, (working on the daevanion set) 14 temp and 11 ranger. Obviously I wouldn't bring them all in, they'd take up too many spaces I suspect (is there an alt guild?), but I plan to continue leveling the SM, Cleric and my main for certain. I'm not sure about the rest. My cooking is at 330 and I plan to max that when I'm no longer dead broke and I have 240 in weaponsmithing. I plan at some point to begin alchemy too, though I'm undecided as to which toon to do it on. I also potentially have 3 others that might follow me here (assuming they're accepted) who have between them a 30 sin, 31 cleric, 36 cleric, 31 ranger and a couple of lower-level toons they're working on as well. 10. How will you improve our guild and be a valued member?: I am always willing to help, answer questions and share my drops/pots/skills. I'm also pretty laid back, so if I'm grouping and someone screws up, I'm not the type to scream, yell and raaaage quit, I'm more likely to try and help them work out what went wrong. Everything's a learning experience, even wiping, and sometimes that can be fun as well. Painful, but fun. 11. What guild were you previously in or are you currently a member of, and why do you wish to leave? I was in Hammerfist, I left because membership was dwindling badly and events/grouping outside of things like TC and low level krall quests were few and far between. A couple of hours after I left, the legion was retired, so there's no hope that it'll recover. 12. Do you have a referal?: I do not. 13. A little bit about yourself: I work in the public sector and used to call myself a computer geek until almost 5 years of forced, barely-there dialup tore me painfully away from my geeky online haunts. Now that I finally have decent internet, I find I'm too out of the loop to get myself interested again, so instead I spend my time on Aion, my Xbox 360 or my PS3 to indulge my sad inner geek. I have 3 cats, no kids and no spouse. Yes, it does look like I'm aiming for crazy cat person status at some point in my future. I am pretty sure my cats are okay with this. 14. Activity Level? (hrs/week): I'd say about 25ish, though that might vary depending on what Xbox games are out. I've managed to avoid Bioshock 2 so far, but Mass Effect 2 had me from go. 15.
