TERA (EU) ApplicationHow old are you? 25 In-Game Name? Furyan Do you have Teamspeak 3 and a mic? Yes What is your primary class? Berserker Why did you choose XoO: In half-seriousness: the awesome name. I browsed through the list of recruiting guilds on the official Tera-Europe forum, and the X landed your guild at the bottom of the list. Needless to say, it left a... "last"-ing, impression. With the bad joke achievement unlocked, I really dig what your guild is all about. I read through all the background info and FAQ's, and the level of expertise combined with the professionalism and upstanding atmosphere is what drew me in. The badass acronym didn't hurt either. Previous Gaming Experience: I could obviously reach back to to the countless hours spent trying to do anything from trying to getting Mario laid to making my damn Tamagotchi blob smile, but I'll try to keep it relevant to the division in question. My first MMO experience was with Everquest 2 back in 2005. I immensely enjoyed the PVP system the game used to offer. PvE was an afterthought for me, as I never even reached the highest level, too immersed in battling for my rights in the PVP rankings. Since then, no gaming experience has ever made my heart litterally pound in my chest so hard as to when I came upon a worthy opponent in the open world. Worthy constituting equal or higher level/rank, or if I was outnumbered. With my typical venture into WoW, I retained my PVP drive, but had to play the PvE to end-game in order to experience worthwhile PvP. At that point, my time was split between PvE and PvP. I'm the kind of guy that enjoys going out and working towards finding that awesome axe, and then proceeding to crack skulls open with it. PvE is the means to PvP for me. I'll do it as much as I have to, and I will probably even enjoy it, but it's all pre-game. Why do you think you'll be a good fit? I am very competitive, but I still know how to have a good time. I don't cry if I'm beaten, but you can bet I'll be back for a round 2. And above all, I know when to not take things so seriously. I can play the "if it's red, it's dead" game for hours, then hop on a level 1 alt and dance around the starting zone in my underwear shouting "NAKED DANCE PARTY" until there's a mob of people doing the same. Then its back to business. What will you contribute to the guild? Determination and loyalty Determination will be applied to both myself and the guild. I plan to constantly improve my character and my expertise, striving to become easily recognizable as a top player. But I also plan to assist the guild when and where I'm needed. That's where the loyalty comes in. Localization: EU Do you have a referral? - A little bit about yourself? I am in the United States military and I'm currently stationed in Germany. At the moment, I'm actually deployed overseas, but I'll be returning home very soon, just in time for the open-beta and head-start. I have a brand new rig waiting to be built when I return home (i7 2600k, GTX 480x2, triple screens). When I game, I game hard. Unfortunately, being in the military, my schedule is anything but concrete, but my dedication towards this game and guild will remain unwavering. What I can't guarantee in quantity of hours played, I can easily compensate with quality of effort applied. Activity level? To avoid getting auto-declined I'm going to, of course, say 35. But due to my line of duty, I expect circumstances to occasionally arise that unfortunately take priority. Do you have a high speed internet connection and a good computer? Yes Have you applied to the TERA usergroup? Yes
