Yeah like seriously =p.

I was at a birthday party and my neighbor and this other guy were arguing about Pokemon and it had to have been one of the most uncool things I have ever seen.

But perhaps we have a mysterious legendary Pokemon trainer amongst us and Lev is trying to draw them out.

 

its never cool to put down someone elses interests and hobbies

wow the new pokemon sounds heaps more complicated, personaly i used to play pokemon red was so epic, as for the new ones? i wouldnt even know the names of the pokemon, there are like 1000000 new ones since the orriginals haha.

 

I thought pokemon was for middle school kids. Sorry I can not help.

 

Well, it starts by getting a rom to see what the fuss is all about, then you just really HAVE to catch them all.

Then at some point you get the real version and catch them all for real.

Then you get all versions so you can trade with your own (nobody trades their good stuff, only their bad).
Now that you're playing 4 different copies and a hacked copy to give you free stuff, they release an entire new series. This series involves breeding.

You can now breed them!

Since every single creature has unique stats (or semi-unique) you'll obviously breed until you get perfect or really good stats (while aborting all the other ones X.x)
Now that you have an army of Spartans you'll be training them, and training them, until you notice that the best training spot is really really bad so you grind for ever.

Once you're done grinding they release an even better, more impressive version.

So by now, Don really has become a Pokémaster and doesn't understand how this game could possibly be marketed at 10yearolds. It doesn't make sense!
It's too complicated!

 

I have Diamond, it is good.

Cheetah has Pearl, it too is good.

Wow... what happened to the good old days of 'health' 'attack' 'special attack' 'item'?

This is just showing how the newer generation is 'evolving' in gaming, whereas stupidity is at an all time high. And as for it being a 'middle school game', I know several people who play it that are in university because apparently its a mind fuck.

Now, for something completely off topic, this has just brought This webcomic to mind... just because its a pokemon thread really.(after tomorrow you will have to click previous comic)
