Difference being that the only people here who don't mind people like Garbad are the ones who actually communicate with him. Impressionable minds like newbies and people who agree with PDog's point don't have contact with Garbad (for what I assume to be good reasons) so any ill intent sadly has little/no effect.

Garbad def. worded it a hell of a lot better than m1dnyte did, axe murderer vs. well.... a shifty lawyer.
Both can sentence innocent people to their death, axe murderers just don't get very far, and when they're caught everyone knows the score.
