    Known features so far:
•4E-inspired play means not literally port from pnp to video game.
    •Forgotten Realms Campaign
•Action-focused combat, aim your target and click.
•Pc from level 0 to 60 covering heroic and paragon tier (30 lvls each).
•2 at-will power link to right and left mouse buttons.
•1 utility skill in the form of a evade attack skill, linked to shift key.
•2 encounter power or maybe 3 at time.
•Action point system that builds a bar(in the form of a d20) for the use of Daily powers. From video footage seems there are 2 active dailies linked to key 1 and 2.
•Diversity in the acquisition of action point based on class.
    •Presence of feats.
•Not presence of skill(maybe future implementations).
•For my deduction class will come in the way of class build, example trickster rouge, controll wizard, battle wizard etc.
•pvp will come shortly after launch.
•Game would be based on persistent world (killing monsters with dozens or hundreds of other players) with some dungeons and sewers for max 5 party members.
•All of the items will adhere to Cryptic’s ideals and PWE’s expertise in the F2P realm, meaning everything will either be cosmetic or convenience boosting items.
•Cryptic’s proprietary user-generated content (called Foundry) is also going to be present in Neverwinter right from day one.
•There will also be a full crafting system for player gear and economy.
•Game would be solo-able but more easy and fun with party.
    •Presence of 'pets'.
•Three classes have been showed so far (the Fighter, Thief, and Wizard) and each one will have different branches to build more specialized versions of that class (Shadow Thief, Control Wizard, etc).
•Five classes will be in at release. More will be added after launch.
•Races of human, elf, half-elf, drow, dwarf and tiefling are known and even more to come still.

Release is around the end of 2012. The game will have an open Beta towards the launch.

I loved this game years ago. I've also read more than my fair share of FR Novels (mostly Salavatore - Icewind Dale Trilogy is still an all time favorite). It has big shoes to fill . . .

Yes, they delayed the game last year and converted if from co-op into mmorpg. That said pvp will be added after launch.

I've read all of salvatores forgotten realms books except the neverwinter series :( They are sitting on my shelf waiting to be read. I've also read the 4 Tor books. I will be looking forward to this game coming out.

No details have been revealed about pvp. Guess it will be something like PvP in Lotro. The game is good enough to play only for pve. How many games allow you to generate your own content that can be accessed by others in a gameworld?

TBH if Perfect World picked it up it will probably fall into the realm of a cheap F2P game.

I am looking more forward to the Elder Scrolls MMORPG. Dungeons & Dragons is about the only selling point I have seen for the game.
