How so? Its kinda one of its 1st kinda and offers more sand box then any new game on the market. Also its browser base so im guessing it will relay more on your card then all else ( idk since not sure whats the difference between browser and dl to ur pc. Unless just means dont have have so much room tsken up on your pc)

But i think it will be a successful game if they play there cards right and if they look at current released games mistakes. Also if they are connecting it to fb expect more free maketing lol

    Thoughts while watching the video:
0:57 - Lots of obvious cuts here. Seems to be every sentence. We don't mind if you breath in on camera, but constant visible cuts are very jarring and unprofessional.
1:09 - Finally get the games name. Worrying that it wasn't the first thing he said.
3:18 - Your computer controlled 'secondary character' handles the 'social' parts of the game. WTF. I thought social meant players interacting with other players, not NPCs.
5:30 - It's a Facebook game. Which means spamming up my friends feeds with stuff they don't want to see. For any of them not playing this game that would be any posts it makes.

How are they handling the client-server relationship ?
Is it a large in browser client we have to download, or do they render the graphics on their server and stream them to us ?

Dragons are the only bit that looks interesting. There are a few other bits that could be interesting, but not enough detail to grab my interest.

Making a big deal about the games engine is a worry. Though that could just be this presenters take on things.

Erm some stuff was explained and also still being worked on. Another thing its not a fb game at all but some how has a connection with fb and they stated it wont be how you see farmvil or other web games. Where are u getting npcs frm? Last i looked plenty of mmos frm gw2 to wow u talk to npcs and just need ppl for raids and instances. If your talking about the servent its like the companion in ToR that ppl liked.

Seem half the start you are raging about been answered or they havnt said yet bc its to soon and seem ur starting to jumping to conclusion.

But what you say is your opinion and mine is that this might be a great game from what was said so far if they play the cards correctly

Stupid forms wont let edit -_-

Anywho another thing about the 2nd char thing the only thing is it will sell your stuff at ur personal shop amd allow you to go out and havr fun in the gamr... plenty of mmos have allowed this and ment to do some quest like ToR offers. No where it states it eill do everything.

Now to your 1 rant not sure what you are really talking about. Are you talking about the guy???? Bc he does not work for the company what so ever he just a guy that talks about Mc and games or talking about the in game footage? Which is basically alpha footage go look at aion gamestar 2006 footage looks worst then the breif footage they showed. But again the video like i posted is to a guy that just talks about games and gives minor reviwes

The bit that got me about the secondary character was that it was described as doing social stuff. Which is a WTF from the presenter, not the game.

Since we don't know anything about the Facebook link beyond that it exists, it's natural I compare it with other Facebook games. Especially the games the presenter mentions.

Frankly, most of my complaints boil down to "need more information" and "this presenter sucks". Given that he has more information than the games website, I have to wounder how he was picked to get extra information.

The only question that needs answering is the specifics of how the browser based client will work. Given the graphics, their choices are a large client you have to download to run in the browser or streaming the video footage. A large in-browser client seems to defeat the point of a browser based game (being able to quickly play them from anywhere), streaming your video will eat up a lot of bandwidth while limiting the graphical quality while increasing how expensive the servers are to run.

Again the guy giving out the information is just a guy that having fun bringing Minecraft info every monday other game news each day of the week. He does not work for the company at all. Reason I linked his talk about the game if bc I am sub to his ch. There prob other ppl doing this review. As he said he got the footage frm that large gaming event in the EU, he lives in germany last I saw and again the 2nd char thing is like how it kinda is in ToR
