Crash to Desktop at 40* Celcius

    Seems every time my CPU reaches 40 degrees celcius it causes crashes to desktop and blue screens anyone have any advice on how i can fix this?

    Do you have enough thermal paste on your heatsink?

    Other than that, I have no idea =D

    Crashes to your desktop means whatever app you're running just closes. Does your PC reset, crash to desktop or just go to the Blue Screen?

    40 Degrees Celsius isn't that bad, you're not in any real danger until you start creeping up towards 50 to 55 degrees.

    My first couple quests would be:
    A. Are your fans clean? (This includes the blades ESPECIALLY if you smoke)
    B. Does this only happen when running a specific app?
    C. What PSU do you have? (wattage)
