Are you able to play most days between 4PM-Midinight?: I generally will be on during these times yes, my schedule changes due to work however. about twice a week i work from 10 pm to 3-4 am. I also get on everyday a few times the big time slot being 1-4 till about 11pm-3am. (these are Est.) However, I am willing to flex my work schedule to allow a set in stone schedule once or twice a week to be on constantly for support, meetings, applications, missions, events, recruitment, interviews, etc.How will you sell Xen of Onslaught if you are asked questions? We are a gaming community, built over 15 years of friendship built up through a desire to play and conqueror games of all types. When a game comes out with a leader board, since Planet Sid, we have set out to top that leader board.Have you been an officer in XoO before? What Game? What was your role? How did you contibute.: No I have not been an officer in XoO before.Guild leveling and Guild missions play a huge role in this game how will you influance and drive to get this missions done?: I will make sure I am actively communicating with the guild about people on to due the missions. I will continue to preach their usefulness in getting us guild buffs, more members, and general exp, money, and the grinding is a great way to help level post 45. And I will be sure I am always taking part in the missions to demonstrate commitment.Do you have the Bullhorn and/or are you willing to get it to spam all channels besides the one you are in?: I do buy the megaphone every two days to post our recruitment message and I will keep doing so and would be willing to use the Bulhorn, not sure where or how to get it.What types of leadership roles have you held outside of online?: Out side of online, I am a Manager of a Panera bread in VA, I am an Eagle scout and now Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scouts of America, I am a volunteer EMT, I have taken part in 45 Eagle projects totaling in over 3000 hours of community service hours, all of which I held some sort of responsibility or leaderhsip role in to help finish the project.Where are you currently in your own progression/gear?: Lvl 50 Tamer, 50% to 51. 101 AP and 124 DP. I have a +13 liverto. I have currently 7 T4 horses I am breeding, 2 t4 males over 20 now ready for breed, 4 males total and 3 females.
