Hey guys, this notification is coming a little bit late, but there's still a little bit of notice.

The next community meeting is this coming Tuesday, August 24 at 8PM EST. We'll be discussing a bunch of changes that have been going on in XoO, as well as our usual division reports.

If you have any questions or topics you want discussed at the meeting, please post them here. We hope to see you all there!

    Brown

EDIT: To listen to the recording -- Right click the channel "Community Meeting Recordings Channel" and click open file browser and enjoy all 2 hours and 45 minutes of it. Each meeting is labeled so make sure you select the correct option.

Scheduling these things for 8pm weeknights means it's unlikely the GW division will get any representation from the officers... hopefully some North American members can be there.

Not sure how long of a discussion this topic would be during the meeting, but it is a valid topic. And people should take heed of Arimil posting about this. People should be making a list of some things they would like changed, and bring it up during this meeting.

I think the Arimil's concerns can be dealt with quickly.

And I asked for you to get Universal XoO Healthcare passed now that you are in the Xenate! Going against your campaign promises... I can't believe it.

Ive spoken to Blue Cross and they are willing to give us a 99% discont, that is the best I can do on such short notice. That includes dental, and eyes as well. I stressed the eyes factor, as that is our main problem among us gamers.

That is true, mine have gotten much worse after the past year, due to new job / gaming.

As a general topic, supported games and the upcoming games looking to be supported.

I've mentioned it quite a few times, but if the time is any earlier, we won't be able to get the majority of the Xenate/game leaders in there (I believe I'm the only one available earlier, minus Insho and possibly Powerdrunkfiend), and odds are a large portion of the NA crowd can't make it. Also, weekend anything doesn't normally turn out well, but I'm probably going to aim for the next meeting on a Sunday as a test. If it works out well, Insho's allowed to mock me endlessly saying 'I told you so'

@ Doc: That's normally one of the last topics at the meetings. If you have any games which you'd like discussed, feel free to mention it so I can have that section somewhat structured, instead of just letting people go wild.

On weekdays you will get those who are about to go to sleep or just coming home from work.

On the weekends you will catch those who coming home dead tired or getting ready for the new week or not home at all xD

Either way for a community with this kind of diverse timezone and age range. Finding a time when people can easily stay still for 1-2 hours can be difficult xD

Saturday is usually more appropriate simply because it's easier for people to be on weird hours than in the middle of a working week.
