The FCC Public Comments for the Comcast- Time Warner merger is open. I'm not a fan. If you want to say something to stop it.... http://www.fcc.gov/comments Proceeding #14-57
Should be saying open again, they've been open one already. Also another interesting tidbit, this is the topic with the most comments to the FCC that was of any real importance. Also, they will be holding the roundtable to further discuss all of this in September and October which Techcrunch.com will be streaming. Im going to vote to stop it. Both companies are already massive and are the two largest offenders of all cable companies for how to screw over customers. The two of them merging wouldn't be good for anyone but their executives.
I'm sorry Stunna, you work for the company who buys the most political influence after the military industrial complex. . . . . . Just think about that.
They are still trying to Merge. Comcast has 115 people Lobbying right now to make sure it goes through. If Time Warner Cable deal falls through with Comcast, they will look to sell to the next company. Time Warner Cable Shareholders want to sell and make out big. The top shareholders own the most shares in TWC Comcast and Frontier. SO no matter what they will Merge with someone someday.
