Pretty neat, but how the hell do you counter the torque from the main rotor when hovering ?

I finally guessed the answer, can you ?

 

That is pretty cool and that question needs to be handled by an engineer

 

My guess is one of the twin rotors needs to spin much faster than the other.

Actually, they both spin at the same speed, but the angle of the blades is different. It is modified by the pilot's commands.
