Change to 'Bios' will make for PCs that boot in seconds

    Honestly, my already short boot times don't bother me. However, overhauling the I/O structure would be so damn welcome overall ;P

    Its been going on for years!! Lots of PCs already have it.

  8. VERY misleading. This is the bios initialization that will only take a couple seconds. Sure thats a 100% improvement or so, but it still only takes 4-5 seconds to boot up now anyway. What you all are sad about with boot times is the Operating System boot time, not the bios boot time.
