I have the iphone 4 ... i have no problems with and I have only had one drop call since getting it ... granted I live on Long Island which generally has good service for everything only thing the crackberry has would be BBM since I am the only one of my friends without it
as long as you have an outer casing on your iPhone then you shouldn't have an issue with it but from what i have hurd is that when you pull out the keyboard it starts to feel top heavy.
Samsung Galaxy S is better than either on AT&T. Only costs $80 with a 2 year plan as well. Dont know why you would want either of those when you can get something better for cheaper.
Im confused. I asked why he would get either an iPhone 4, or a Blackberry Torch when the Galaxy S (aka Captivate) is better than either of those. I presumed we were only speaking about AT&T phones as both the Torch and iPhone 4 are AT&T phones. EVO and Epic are not AT&T phones thus I didnt include them in considerations for whats the "best phone" to get for the money. My considerations only included the best smartphones for AT&T.
^ this. If I wasn't already in a contract, I'd get the Captivate. Not for the $300 asking price though.
My assumption was simply that if he's getting a new phone that typically means it's contract time, so jumping ship is always an option.
I switched to Verizon for a Droid X recently and love it. Not to mention AT&T has the worst data plan on earth.
