Always been a huge CnC fan. Can't wait, regardless of who is making it. Second best news I have had with the exception of them re-making CnC 4.

It'd help temper peoples' expectations to know that the "BioWare" studio developing this isn't a new studio. It was called Victory Games when EA bought it, and now it's BioWare Victory 'cause slapping "BioWare" on every one of their studios seems to be EA's new premier marketing strategy. The head of Victory sounds like an interesting guy though.

I played a bit of C&C back in my college days but I was never as good with RTS games as I would've liked to have been. :mad:_@:

The classic CnC FPS way back when. Indeed, was a lot of fun.

They're using the Frostbite 2 engine to make it. Somehow I see myself having the most ridiculous amount of lag ever

Are the only C&C I ever enjoyed, T. Sun wasn't half bad either. I dunno, I feel as if the series has lost its spunk in general.

The originals where amazing. Honestly, EA seemed to loose the plot the more they made C&C, which is why they may have put it to Bioware.

Westwood were incredible for their simple yet fun developments, EA just over-exaggerated everything and seemed to make the game more "child friendly" (Armoured bears ffs?)

I gave up on the C&C franchise a long time ago because of this, however I will see what Bioware manage to come up with. I'll give them a chance.

    (Westwood)
    Command and Conquer = Awesome!
Command and Conquer Red Alert = Awesome!
Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun = Awesome!
(EA Pacific - a.k.a. Westwood Pacific)
Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 = Good
Command and Conquer Generals = Good
    (EA Los Angeles)
Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars = Disappointing,
Command & Conquer Red Aleart 3 = Absolute bag of shit
Command & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight = Biggest bag of shit ever
    BioWare Victory
    Command & Conquer Generals 2 = ??????

hmm... bioware using the frostbite 2 engine making a c&c rts game....? Has EA finally jumped the shark?
I cant see this ending well.

I just hope live acting cutscenes are in it, oh and I really enjoyed generals, I think they can do a number with the frostbite 2 engine. One of the reasons I loved Company of Heroes was the destruction of the playfield.

Yea I loved CnC when Westwood made them. Though my favorite has always been the Red Alert series.
I am on the fence as to how I think this one is going to be. Hopefully they do it justice.

Generals was one of my all time favorite games. This looks sick.

Truth. Any engine that prevents them from doing anything other than badass graphics and random walls falling over is fucking useless.
