http://store.steampowered.com/app/49520/ Stupid brick 'n' mortar shit heads holding back my steam buying......
this will be way too much fun for you normal people...only us freaks should be allowed to play this. Im still playing the first one..bwaaahhaahahahahah
Lol im gona buy it but not right now, maybe like 3 days before the lunch date! I'm already to hiped with GW2 to start thinking about other games!
I bought it as well only problem is I didn't finish much on the computer version. Hopefully there are not things which could of transferred over.
Seem like any Borderlands save will get you what ever they are planing on giving you. All I heard about are some skins that make the new characters look like the old characters though.
I did the same thing, I pumped entirely to many hours into the console version, then ended up buying it on steam anyway. But I have yet to complete the game entirely, at least havent completed Knoxx yet anyway.
So are people buying this on Steam or for Xbox? I would prefer to get it on PC as it will look way better and have good PC options, but unfortunately I cant afford it at this time so my friend purchased it for me on Xbox as an early birthday present.
As soon as I can afford it I will most likely also buy the game on PC, its what I did with Borderlands 1. I probably put around 100 hours into the game on the PC and another 400-500 on Xbox with my other group of friends.
FYI, Borderlands 2 is only $50 on Newegg (who has a habit of shipping games a few days before launch) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832262100 And a promo code for $12 off pre-order games that cost $49.99 or more: EMCNBHJ256 That comes out to $38 for a brand new game on launch day
WARNING: If Newegg is selling the game as a non-supported retailer you probably won't get your game til a few days AFTER launch. This is usually only for MMO's but its still an issue sometimes. On top of that they don't have an pre-order bonuses.
Hmm, I have never gotten a game from Newegg later than launch day. Most times, like was the case with ME3, I get the game 2-3 days before launch. Then you have to sit and look at the box while you wait or risk being banned from XBox Live. Unfortunately Newegg didnt ship the game really early for me this time, I will get it tomorrow morning at 9am. But you are right, probably no special DLC bundled with the game. But for $22 less than other places, you cant really complain too much about that.
