http://bless-source.com/ Aeria continues to expand with new hires and new games. In April, it announced that it will adapt Bless Online for North America and Europe. Under development for more than six years, Bless is another massively multiplayer fantasy online role-playing game from Neowiz Games. The title has more than 1.2 million lines of dialogue, and there are 10 different races. Aeria hopes to launch the Westernized version next year. This is one particular game that Aeria won’t change all that much. Bless has some huge maps where 250 human players can fight against 250 human players. “There are still a lot of gamers who can lose themselves in these kinds of worlds,” Nichols said. “It’s built with the Unreal Engine, and it looks amazing. We’re really happy to have that license. The MMO market has changed over the years, with more people playing on phones. But there’s still players who like this kind of immersion and interaction.” Character creation:
In open beta at the moment, so unless you feel like buying a KR account and running a proxy then it is a bit of a pain. Initial reviews are coming back lackluster but who knows until it gets ported it could be years before we see it. Additional the company that owns/publisher it Aeria isn't known for having the best support/cash shops.
anyone still interested in Bless? I was contemplating trying the Russian version, its in open beta. There's an English patch someone has put together for it which has made it playable. I've heard it's supposed to be the Korean WoW, at this point with how much money they've spent on development. I'm super leery about doing these English patches on games over seas, but heck I wanted to get a feel for that game. Looking to see if anyone else is actively playing on the Russian servers, I've seen a few youtubers and twitch streamers playing.
I was playing the RU version and the english patch works great. Bless source is helpful and there is a server with a bunch of english speaking players though I forget which server that is right now. I will possibly be playing the NA release but I already hit level 45 on RU servers and don't want to get burnt out.
Right. There hasn't been any updates at all since they advised us they want time to fix a combat etc. Not to mention I cannot stand Aeria games so I am still a bit iffy about the NA release. I don't mind dropping a lot of money on a game but pay to win models can get very old very quick especially if the publisher of the game is terrible.
Agreed when the NA hits I'll do nothing more than 20-30$ depending how they release it, but I won't sink anymore than that in it for another time waster until CoE or CF hits.
God damn it, need a real Localization company to come out thats not focused on the money. My and Aeria are horrid people for this shit
is it bad of me to say that the english patch for the Russian version of Bless is 1000x better than the NA version of Revelation right now.....
I thought Bless was quite enjoyable with the English patch that is. Curious about the NA release but kind of losing the spark for it.
don't hate @DARKTIDE!! just because @Ezenkrul and I have similar tastes lol Bless will be pretty good, but I too am in the same boat, just wanting an NA release to see how bad they screw it over and if it's still playable lol
This could be bad or good news? http://mmoexaminer.com/bless-online-closing-russian-servers-sent-back-revision/ I am taking it as their subtle way of closing the game down or maybe they fixed a bunch of stuff and want to test said changes and re-release "soon"
