Just heard it on CNN that US forces killed Osama Bin Laden. About damn time. Good job USA, one less POS in the world.

The only problem I see this may bring a time of safety from the group or a stronger backlash then ever before.

State Department issued a warning to Americans living abroad about it, which is probably justified. Al Qaeda won't take this well and is guaranteed to vow retribution. How the bulk of the Muslim world takes this remains to be seen.

Still, it is nice to hear that bin Laden was finally caught, although unsurprisingly he chose death over capture. I can imagine this will change the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks a fair bit.

Oh, and congratulations to the armed forces involved who carried out the operation nearly without a hitch. From the sound of it, that was no small feat.

He's long irrelevant to most of the Muslim world, particularly since they're now dealing with their own dictators who are no longer being actively propped up by Western interests. Nothing has changed, because everything has changed.

    "Yeah we got him. Randomly.

The body? Nah, we got rid of it in the ocean somewhere, ASAP."

    =_=

Pride is one thing, but if youre not suspicious of any of this, theres something wrong with you.

Anyhoo, "conspiracy"(more like common sense) aside, buckle up for the retribution. Theres still plenty of flying shit on its way to a very large American fan.

Really From who? I am not afraid of an army of bearded idiots who need a serious shot of terrorist viagra to even get it up for a roadside bombing. AL Qaeda couldn't be more insignificant as of late if they tried. Now that Bin Laden is dead, we dont even need to devote ground troops to killing the rest of them. AC-10s and tomahawk missles will be fine ...

Zero backlash when we killed Ude and Kouse Hussein and posted their dead faces on national TV + internet.

Its time the world got the message (which has been absent from current leadership and administration) fuck with the US and we will kill your ass.
