Bethesda and Id to merge

    Another merger in the video games industry. These are two of the most talented developers around right now. Interesting to note, Bethesda publishes its own games, so I think the developers won't be harmed. :D

    id was talented like 12 years ago lol. id is set up to be some kind of permanent retirement fund for it's board members, I don't think they actually do anything. I'm sure Rage will be really really good, /cough /cough

    I only play Valve games, but gg anyway. It's only id, who provided us with the engine on which Valve games are based.

    Isnt it more like... It's only id, who provided us with the FPS genre as we know it today on which every FPS game is based on.

    I'm no gaming historian.. but that sounds about right.. to me at least =P
