Sounds like fun! The Elder Scroll games have always been really good.

Not many elder scrolls in them though...at least not lately.

If it's good, milk it while you can.

    Morrowind and Oblivion were great.

I saw this thread as well somewhere.

Excited. I really miss good SP RPG titles.

I loved Oblivion, even though it overheated my 360 and froze all the time.

Fingers crossed that it isn't the Fallout 3 team working on this.

Oblivion is still my favorite xbox game of all time. This time I'll get it for the PC though. :>

I never played Fallout 3, it got great reviews but I've heard from friends that its kinda boring.

I wouldn't know though? Is it not as great as everyone claims to be?

Bugs bugs bugs bugs, it's a great game flawed by investors wanting a return via holiday sales.

I didn't experience any problems with FO3 it was smooth sailing for me. As for a oblivion sequel, I am excited. I may have to pay the studio a visit to see if I can get any more info or maybe a free tour.

I thought Fallout 3 was great but I played it a lot in a short period of time and got burned out. I just actually played again a few days ago and it still is not so bad. I might get around to finishing this christmas break. Elder scrolls is probably my favourite game for xbox. I don't think any game has more time put into it. I recall a few 8 hour days playing that game when it was first out. Oblivion was fun also but never finished it. This game should be a winner though if past performances are an indicator.

I didn't experience too many bugs, and the ones I did fine were fixed after about three days of waiting. New Vegas on the other land was a buggy mess for like two weeks, but now it's fantastic. :)

And FO3 is still an awesome game.

They need to follow Morrowind gamestyle and have graphics like oblivion. Morrowind was one of the first big games I played, to this day I still find it facinating. I will def find time in my busy schedule to play this.

Comp all the way too, the mods are better anyways.

On a side note, Idk it will be a direct sequel to Oblivion - It will be its on seperate enity. I read awhile back that a dude was writing the book for the next game or script. Oblivion sequel would be kinda lame if you ask me since if you played the game to 100% you closed all the oblivion gates and re-lit the dragon flames so that the world of oblivion could never enter into the mortal realm again. So the point im making is, Oblivion is done and over with. They need a new plot, which I am 100% sure Bethseda will deliver.

Well, I see that as a horrible problem, a AAA title shouldn't need patching. Imagine if you bought a retail game but had no access to the internet, xbla, or whatever. If you got that game home and couldn't even play it without a patch, how pissed off would you be?

Ship it now, fix it later, is one of the big reasons as to why the PC market is declining. In my opinion of course.

Im played fallout 3..it got patched..I really liked the non linear play...got lots of replay value. I played it many times over finding new things.

Im now playing fallout new vegas..it was buggy but the patch fixed it.
Im on my first play thru of it, doing every quest and side quest I can find..leaving nothing unexplored..on the hardest setting.
It's been about 60 hours so far...nice action..some hard to get items...hard to find quests..out of the way oddball things happen.

Oblivion is still the best..buts its another genre..

BTW never play a mod friedly Game in a console! you are missing a lot of player made content!
Oblivion is still played up to date, the mods keep it alive!

And a TES5 is good news all the way!

i do hope they add something like vast, for cooler fights!
