All but 1 weigh the same (1 is heavier). You are able to use the scale (2 sided scale) to weigh them against other balls two times. How do you find the ball with the different weight to it? divide the balls into 3 groups weigh 2 of the groups if the 2 groups are the same, the ball is in the 3rd group weigh 2 of the 3 balls from the group that is the heaviest if those 2 balls weigh the same you have the heaviest ball waiting otherwise take the heaviest ball from the scale
