This one actually looks pretty awesome though. Very good graphics for a survival MMO with good looking combat and environment ideas, and of course good crafting and city building. I wonder if this one will be stuck in early access for eternity though like every other survival MMO game.

Overall the info given is making this sound a LOT like H1Z1 in design, though in a different setting, on a different game engine, and by a hopefully much better developer.
There are also a lot of things that are talked about that seem like the feature was better thought out than H1Z1 had it, like the crafting. In this game you still need materials and you find blueprints to learn how to craft but they also have "engrams" that the player can get that allow you to have blueprints always known even after you die so you can better remember how to make certain items.
The game also allows for single player and unofficial servers, and modding on the unofficial servers. You can also transfer your character and items between single player and these unofficial servers. And along with the server transferring ability, there will be special limited time ARK servers that come up for special events by the developers where players can transfer to and try to get special limited time items.
There is also a tribe/guild system to better allow groups of players to play together, instead of just remembering which players names are your friends. This is something H1Z1 sorely needed.
