Why did you choose XoO?: I have been looking around others guilds at tera guild forum, and i think this is the best choice i have to join a mature guild, I have 26 and i'm tired of guilds full of kid members(there are some exceptions) 6. Why do you think you'll be a good fit?: I'm disciplinade, I can play regularly 25+ Hours per week, i can follow orders, I'm reliable and I truly believe in the power of helping each other inside the guild as a family. 7. What will you contribute to the guild: All the knowledge i get or find will go directly to the guild, as some items, gold and anything else i can contribute for the good of the guild, been active in the forum and helping to organice if you think i'm up to for events or something. 8. How will you improve our guild and be a valued member?: first I should get in in order to see what is lack of, once I figure it out what can be improved i will discus it with the superiors, i do not know if you have a tax system, but i think it will be a good idea afterworking the Idea and give it some try, the Leader can use it not for his oun good but for all the guild, help new members and to pay taxes will give a sense of been part of something more serious, not just get in and ask things but give first, as J.F.K said.... Vent interview went well ACCEPTED. Probation ends after 30 days. Post around and get to know everyone. Make sure you check out the New Recruits Guide for TERA and do what it says.
