Why did you choose XoO:

I used to play RF Online, when XoO was a commanding force on the Cora Race. I played in BlackTide on the Bell Race for those who can remember that far back or may have played.

My brother (Deakkon) recently got me interested in Tera, which I've swapped over to from playing SW:TOR. I've not been in a solid and stable guild since I played CMRFO in BlackTide and have wanted to get back into that aspect of gaming with a solid and experienced Guild.

The fact that getting in and staying with a good Guild can make or break how someone interacts with a game and how much effort they put into it greatly affects me, I'm a social player, I play for fun but I also play a very hard game.

Having seen how XoO dominated on CMRFO, I have only respect for them in knowing that they're a proven successful guild in multiple MMO's. It also means they're doing something right and something I want to join to try and help further their presence in Tera(EU) and help make them (if not an already) a dominant force to be reckoned with. ​

Previous Gaming Experience:

RF Online, Aion, WoW, SW:TOR are my previous MMO's played.

Also own a PS3 and can be found playing Battlefield 3 in MMO server downtime. ​

Why do you think you'll be a good fit?

I'm an active and solid player. I enjoy the hunt in PvP and strive for the end-game aspect of MMO's meaning I'll be on as much as I can to dedicate myself to gaining Exp, Grouping up and kicking-ass.

My past experience in MMO's will hopefully be an asset to XoO, something I can bring to the table and share with and help the guild and it's members. ​

What will you contribute to the guild?

Play time, previous MMO experience and a 'can do attitude' (cheesy I know but it's true).

I go headfirst into MMO's, employing all my spare time and previous experience to get the best out of my time played, whether it's helping out fellow guild members in groups and raids or leveling solo to stay on track for my exp/hr gain.

I thrive from the chaos of PvP and once high enough with the correct gear hope to bring what skills I have to assist XoO in GvG's, Raids and PvP aspects of Tera. ​

A little bit about yourself?

I'm 24 and single. Currently work for Siemens in their Pre-Payment Production Site in Nottingham.

I enjoy my job but enjoy my downtime more, an avid gamer since around the age of 13 on consoles and PC's alike until the age of 19 when I got the MMO bug with RF Online and kept with MMO's ever since.

I enjoy cycling (Both Road and MTB) and Music. Going to Gigs and drinking (Beers, Ales, Spirits and as much caffiene as I can take in).

I don't currently have a working headset to use with Teamspeak (but I can listen in for the meantime) but that will be sorted by this current weekend (around the 27.05.2012) when I shall be getting one. ​

we have a strickt teamspeak requirment. and if you cant folow that i would have to regret this not being the guild for you.

I wasn't able to find my headset earlier when I did my application, and was planning to buy one next weekend once I get paid. However, I've now found it (although I must warn people it is a little echo-ey).


My initial 'No' is now a Yes. I have both TS3 installed and a working headset.

 

I asked Deakkon about it before I gave our details and the "problem" was solved. Should have included in my post. My bad.
