no offense but, your gear is too low for raiding in this guild (you have multiple blue items and no rare gems) we have filled our need for a hunter with a friend that rerolled a couple of weeks ago and was able to be reasonably geared with boes after just a couple of weeks. you seem to be heading in the right direction, but with blue items and pre-naxx gear, its not really one we can accept. you should look into the boe replacements as well and make sure you're at least geared to start ToC instead of being below really ulduar ready.
