Previous Gaming Experience: MMO's: FF11, WoW details: It takes alot to get to endgame in FF11, since when you die you lose 10% of your experience, and you die when someone, somewhere, makes a mistake, not even you or your team, anyone... anywhere... in another zone and it will cause you to die... instantly... to crabs... just crabs.... crabs! In WoW i played a few months before BC launched, endgame raider all that jazz, was an officer in charge of fellow rogues, the guild leader earned my respect and he also called me the best officer he's ever seen, i donated money to the guild bank and items of value, and managed them as well. When i quit in cata, i suggested a promising candidate that later became the guilds #2 that halped the guild jump up in server ranking. Other games: TF2, Diablo3, +random game of the time. Details: i'm formidable in TF2, often sitting at the top of any server i'm on, i've played the game since it launched after beta, with 500+ hours of engineering, I'm equally skilled in the other classes save sniper, whom I never play purely out of protest for them having to be a class in every FPS Why did you choose XoO: My old guild leaders and me are butting heads. They are letting their admin privileges go to their head, and i don't do well with any type of oppression. But that's another tale I'll go into only if asked. End of the day, they have no focus, and I want to do WvW in an organized fashion, they don't, so here I am. Why do you think you'll be a good fit? Everything's an experiment. Truth is I don't know if I will or not, but we can always try can't we? I don't make friends easy but that don't mean I'm rude or cruel or hateful. But if you earn my respect, and should you need my aid, I will throw myself into the line of battle to save you, and I'm strong enough to come back out with you in tow. If I'm anything however, I'm dependable, always there... because i have nothing better to do I suppose.. What will you contribute to the guild? Engineer, Bomb kit, High aggression, I love getting into the middle of the enemy cluster and just blowing everything up. I use my grenades, and mortar to take out hard to reach targets, like enemies on walls or ballista no one can reach. Willing to make supply runs, and spend money for siege equipment. I also have sound tactics should you need one (or so i have been told). I'm not afraid to die, so throw me in the fray. Localization: NA Do you have a referral? I have memory problems when it comes to names... A little bit about yourself? I like people like General Patton, and president Roosevelt. That no bullshit attitude of theirs is beyond inspirational for me. I see everyone as an equal, so if you try to lord over me or kneel before me, it won't work. Haha. Great. I also played FF XI for quite a while (though I didn't get to max level. I got to 55 or so and decided that I don't really hate myself that much), so I loved your description. The only possible problem is the authority issues. We have people giving orders in large WvW events. They aren't crazy orders, but things like, "Everyone get to the SW tower that we are defending". It's like an adult sports league. There are team captains that yell normal orders that are expected to be followed, you can say whatever you like to all of us because we are all adults trying to have fun together, but being a dick is not cool.
