What hours will you be playing?: I try to be on daily for as much or little as i can. I want to say i play between 20-25 hours a week at leat.Model member (read description): Yes, i agree with all Xoo rules and respect them. Respecting all members no matter what type of player they are is one of the main reasons i joined Xoo. Using logic to solve problems between people and allowing both sides to talk is also important. Everything can be solved if people are willing to have a conversationRecruitment Assistance (read description): Main reason i am applying is to help recruit for AAU. I see a need we have and want to fill this role.Focusing Members (read description): I feel like AAU right now is a solo player game, where being in a guild is just a bonus for a free cape. I want to try to encourage discord usage, guild daily dungeons and other fun pvp events. I have some ideas to start this up but will save that for another time. As for trackers or excel sheets, i heard we have some, but i dont see a point right now. Our big issue is engagement and i think we need to start with that.Are you good at leading small teams?: I was a shot called in BDO and AA legacy for both Ironfist and helped a bit with small scale stuff when i joined XOO. I was also the shotcalled for Man Up in BDO when i played it. I prefer smaller focused groups but can handle larger group calls too.Where do you see yourself in six months of this launch?: I want to be over 9k GS at least personally. As for community if we can make the guild a fun place to be and the game is still populated, i think people will stick it out. AA has a hidden charm to it that draws us all back everytime.Anything else you would like to discuss that wasn't brought up here?: Getting married in July 2020, so will be mia for a month next summer.
