What Officer role are you applying for?:

Raid Leader, PvP Leader​

How would you assist the other officers in the guild?:

I am a team player, if i see another officer struggling or not doing something correctly i will help them in order to become a better player, team member and leader as well as being open to any suggestions or questions from other officers.​

What will you do to enhance the guild?:

I will make sure to learn the ins and outs of the PvP system and what works best as well as strategies, tactics and general metas. I was a PvP leader in the AA Division and lead multiple large scale battles to victory​

What are your past leadership roles or achievements?:

I was a PvP/Raid officer in the Archeage division, i was well known for leading the open world faction vs faction rally​

What would you like to add to your application to make it more competitive?:

i have been a long time member of XoO and have many friends here which i can get along with and talk to quite easily so i have no problem communicating i joined when i was about 16 i am now 22 ​
